ADVANCED "inTREATMENT": On-Camera Acting for Film & TV-4 Week Class with Roz Coleman, Film Director and On-Set Coach for HBO's In Treatment

Roz's students have been asking for an advanced class with SUPERSTAR Roz Coleman and here it is. Picking up from where her technique class left off, this 4-week class is designed to create momentum in the areas of improving your craft for on-camera acting as well as creating career building strategies. You'll work with Roz on different genres for film/TV including guest star roles, co-star roles (1-6 lines), series regulars and high concept dramas by using scripts from shows like LOST and THE VAMPIRE DIARIES. Roz will work on multiple takes with each actor acting as an on-set coach and for the last session you'll get to simulate a call back/screen test. Roz will also focus on the business of SHOWBUSINESS including career advancement homework and more! CLASS PREREQUISITE: To register for this class, you must have studied with Roz in her In Treatment class, worked with her previously or already have film and TV credits. For actors who are new to film and TV, Roz requests that you take her Tuesday class-"inTREATMENT" On-Camera Class: Technique for Film & TV first before taking this ADVANCED class. With major acting credits including 5 Broadway shows, Roz just wrapped a featured role in Frankie and Alice (release 2010) starring Halle Berry, the lead in the independent film INDELIBLE (release 2010) and an appearance in BROOKLYN'S FINEST (release 2010) starring Don Cheadle and Richard Gere. Rosalyn's film credits include: VANILLA SKY, OUR SONG, BROWN SUGAR, HOOK'D UP, EVERYONE'S DEPRESSED, THE WINDOW, THE OPPORTUNIST and MUSIC OF THE HEART. TV credits include: recurring roles on NBC's KIDNAPPED, HBO's OZ, NEW AMSTERDAM on FOX, NYPD BLUE, NY UNDERCOVER, and several appearances on LAW & ORDER SVU and LAW & ORDER CRIMINAL INTENT. Rosalyn has created, cast and directed over fifty film projects for her production company Red Wall Productions. Projects include award winning short films, industrials, music concerts, promotional videos, educational videos and actor demo reels. ***Each week your scene will be video taped as a digital file.
