Kat Hargrave

Kat is the newly appointed senior agent at DGRW. A former actor, her career included lots of time at Disney, a surprising involvement in an Emmy-award winning TV special, a thrilling stint at the Applebee’s in Queens, and an unhealthy fear of her agent. As an agent, she’s worked in voiceover/on-camera with DDO Artists Agency and as an Associate Agent at HCKR.

Her work as an agent is predicated on the chills amazing performances bring, an understanding that we don’t enter this industry on equal footing, investigating ways to make our industry more equitable, a sincere love of building relationships, and chasing dreams.

Kat believes deeply there is not one path to success and co-created a blog, The Obvious Path, which shares the stories of artists of all kinds. Kat believes deeply in the pivotal pause our industry is in and the way it could revolutionize our industry. And Kat believes deeply in the dreams of Broadway, National Tours, TV, film, and in regional houses across the country. Go get ‘em.
