Don't miss this incredible opportunity to work with Lisa Zambetti who has cast tons of episodics. She'll guide you through three weeks of improving your auditions and on-set work once you've booked the job.
EVENT OVERVIEW:
In your first class, you'll start off with an informational Q&A with everyone getting to know each other.
Lisa will take you through her 12 Steps to Get a Casting Director to Love You, where she'll share with you her secret 12 tried and true ways (based on actual data!) that can help your audition experience.
You'll then work on cold reads from procedural dramas for feedback and redirection.
In week 2, you'll work on assigned MEDICAL/LAW-ENFORCEMENT GUEST STAR scenes which you will prepare in advance for feedback and redirection.
For your final class, you'll work on assigned EMOTIONAL GUEST STAR scenes which you will prepare in advance for feedback and redirection.
All classes will end with a review/wrap-up Q&A.

WHAT TO PREPARE:
Week 1 will be cold reads - In weeks 2 & 3, actors will come with pre-assigned, prepared scenes.
Assignments will be emailed 1-3 days in advance.

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Lisa Zambetti
Lisa Zambetti, CSA, is a casting director of film, tv, new media, videogames and commercials.
Lisa got her start as a casting coordinator at NBC/Universal where she got to see the network/studio side of the industry. Lisa landed her first associate job with Susie Farris where she worked on many comedies for both network and cable. Later Lisa moved on to the world of procedural drama where she was an associate and later head casting director on CBS' long running show "Criminal Minds", as well as co-casting director on the spin-off "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders". Lisa is an active member of the Casting Society of America where she serves on the Artistic Development Committee. In addition to casting, Lisa is a successful podcaster who co-hosts the award winning True Crime podcast "Real Crime Profile" on the Wondery network. Lisa uses her podcast platform to be a victims' advocate, particularly for children who have suffered from mental, physical and sexual abuse, as well as for victims of stalking and domestic violence.
