Paul Liberti is a celebrated teacher and working voice actor who has helped hundreds of voice actors become better at tapping into themselves and moving them into the next level of their careers. Many coaches have even studied with Paul to keep themselves current.

EVENT OVERVIEW:

Actors in class will be completing a 'faux/mock audition' from their home studio that will be played back during the class and receive coaching from the instructor. Everything about your audition will be reviewed and learned from as we hear each students work critiqued and analyzed by Voice Director Paul Liberti. 

Before each virtual class, you will be:

- Receiving a spec and audition text, 

- Breaking down the copy on your own

- Creating a self-directed recording 

- Properly labeling and submitting the 'faux audition' back to the teacher on time. 

***NOT FOR BEGINNERS - Actors must have a home studio to take this class - 

This online class is designed for the Advanced or Working Voice Actor.***

Please note this event will run longer than most of our events - approx. 6:30pm - 10pm

WHAT TO PREPARE:

No need to prepare any materials for the first week of this event!  - *The first class is about technique and what is expected of you each week - plus script breaking down and workout. 


Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

  • The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

  • Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by one hour before the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com.

Our online office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday

If you have an emergency for a class you are participating in outside of these hours, please email help@actorsconnection.com and your host will be able to respond.

**No recording of any kind is permitted by participants during class.**

Paul Liberti

Paul Liberti - Casting director and voice director for narration for THE RAZOR MAGAZINE.  Paul is an acting teacher who teaches all genres of voice over including Commercial VO, Animation, Video Game, Narration and Promo. Paul is co-creator of AuthorDirect Audio, which directs nonfiction reads for Audible.

Paul has taught for many University acting programs annually and teaches sold out competitive classes in New York City, Los Angeles, and nationally and also for the SAG/AFTRA Foundation.

Paul has worked as a dialect coach on film sets, Broadway and London's West End Theater, and Regional Theater with recent shows like Disney's Frozen, USA Network - Falling Water, The National Theater's - One Night in Miami, Greater Tuna, Anastasia, My Fair Lady, Carousel, Brigadoon and many others.

Paul has been a voice actor for Pokemon, Blues Clues, Noggin's Pinky Dinky Doo, Saturday Night Live Cartoons, and Sesame Street and Jim Henson’s Muppets. He is currently the voice of Curious George & The Man In The Yellow Hat.
