Here's your chance to Showcase to THREE NY agencies in that represent talent for Musical Theater.
You'll get immediate feedback on your performance so you can continue to make smarter and more powerful choices in this ever-changing career.
You'll also receive written feedback that will be given to you after the event to provide even more clarity on your work.
For this showcase, please prepare TWO contrasting 32-bar cuts.

Please note that this in person showcase will be at:
Pearl Studios NYC
You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.
Pearl Studios has two addresses:
500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors
and across the street
519 8th Avenue, 12th floor
(between 35th and 36th)

EVENT OVERVIEW:
This in-person event will start with a 20-30 minute Q&A with everyone in the studio.
Afterwards, you will be showcasing to the panel by appointment. Q&A is optional to attend but we recommend.
You’ll be given your appointment times in advance in EST.
Please show up at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time, and please be aware that timing issues can occur but your host will keep you updated while you are waiting.
We kindly ask that you do not request to alter your appointment time.
WHAT TO PREPARE:
For this Agent Showcase, please prepare TWO contrasting 32 bar cuts. Please bring your book. An accompanist will be provided.

The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

Greg Uliasz
Greg is a Director in the New York office of MCDONALD SELZNICK ASSOCIATES (MSA AGENCY), where represents a diverse roster of high caliber Creatives and Performers, working across all mediums. His focus at the agency is placing Directors, Choreographers, Actors, Singers, and Dancers on Broadway. He is also a freelance educator, having taught for several colleges, universities, and industry training programs.
Prior to working as an agent, Greg worked numerous productions as the Associate Director to Tony Nominee Patricia Birch. Greg also previously worked as a NYC Casting Director. His cast of HAPPY BIRTHDAY WANDA JUNE received a New York Times Critic’s Pick. Additionally, he cast THE LIGHTNING THIEF, the Drama Desk Nominated Best Musical recently played Broadway, and his cast can be heard on the top-selling original cast album.
Greg holds a master’s degree in Entertainment Business from FULL SAIL UNIVERSITY. He graduated as the class Valedictorian and earned the program’s Advanced Achievement Award in a course of study that included executive leadership, negotiation and deal making, entertainment business finance, media publishing and distribution, and advanced entertainment law. His undergraduate degree is from the prestigious Theatre Arts Program at MARYMOUNT MANHATTAN COLLEGE.
Nicole Redifer
Nicole Redifer is the Associate Talent Agent for UIA Talent Agency’s Theatre, Film/TV, and Literary Divisions. She started out as an intern at UIA in 2020, eventually joining the team full-time in 2021. Her responsibilities include coordinating auditions with actors and casting directors, managing UIA’s social media, and scouting new talent for the roster.
In 2020, Nicole co-founded The Masked Collective, a virtual theatre company, to create opportunities for artists while live theatre was closed during the pandemic. During this time, they produced exclusively new works, including a song cycle, a short play festival, and a cabaret. Other recent work includes interning at Studio Theatre in their Casting Department and working as a talent intern at The Production Exchange in the United Kingdom.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from James Madison University, with minors in Sociology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. While there, she was able to take on roles as a theatre director, producer, dramaturg, and performer. Her multifaceted background allows her to serve the diverse needs of the roster.
