In Person: Intro To Commercial Voice Over with Casting Director Diakeim Lyles

Join us for a fun and playful class experience with high energy and well-connected Casting Director, Diakeim Lyles! 

Diakeim works with many different companies and can help you discover how to prepare a memorable audition for the most popular brands in the commercial landscape.  

Please note that this in person class will be at:

Pearl Studios NYC

You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Pearl Studios has two addresses:

500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors
and across the street
519 8th Avenue, 12th floor
(between 35th and 36th)

All studios labeled with numbers are at 500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors.
All studios labeled with letters are at 519 8th Avenue, 12th floor.

Please follow the procedures listed below:

• Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.

• The room will be open 30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start. Please arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event begins as your host will give important information about the event at this time.

If you have an emergency for a class you are participating in outside of these hours, please email help@actorsconnection.com and your host will be able to respond.

Diakeim Lyles

Diakeim Lyles, began his career in film/TV commercial casting 19 years ago. He worked at Liz Lewis Casting Partners for 8 years where he worked on numerous commercial and voice over castings.

He now works independently (Dlylescast.com) and with various Casting Houses in the New York area including Brooke Thomas Casting, Beth Melsky Casting, House Casting, Jen Halpren Casting, Casting Partners, Bess Fifer casting and Station Films. Clients he casts for include Stefano Maria Palombi creative director of Saatchi & Saatchi (Italy), Artjail Production Co, The Martin Agency, Jason Moore Productions, Mayhew Breen Productions, Toys 'R Us, PBS, Verizon Fios. He also attends film, theater and improv shows along with teaching. He loves working with actors!
