Jody represents talent in the areas of film, television, theatre, and music. With over 40 years working in the film/TV business, She has worked in a range of positions within the entertainment business. She has been a TV publicist for the Nielsen TV Ratings, The Colorado Rockies, and the SF Giants to name a few. Casting for TV pilots for BET, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

She has collaborated on television series under the umbrella of Hallmark Channel, BET
Films, Starz, Encore along with NBC, CBS, and domestic features in an array of
successful franchises. Produced shows for Hallmark Channel, BET, Starz and
Encore. Jody works with fresh faces to celebrity teams, elevating the career paths
and creating strategies to help talent reach their goals.

With her bubbly, uplifting, and positive charisma, she has successfully launched careers over the past 20 years as a Talent Manager.

Currently, Jody is interested in meeting All Types-All Ages (18+).

What to Prepare:

For this seminar, please prepare a film/TV scene of choice that you feel best showcases your strengths as an actor. You can select a scene from the General Sides database (link located in your Actors Connection account upon registration), OR bring in your own 2-3 page scene.

Please email jess@actorsconnection.com your scene choice AS AN ATTACHMENT (file should be labeled YourName_CHARACTER) by 5pm (EST) the DAY BEFORE the event.

Please update your headshot and fill out the MY INFO section of your AC account upon registration.
Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.
Instructions and the ZOOM link for access to this online event will be emailed to you in advance. If you have not received the link by 12pm (EST) the day-of the event, please reach out to registration@actorsconnection.com at least one hour PRIOR to the start of class.
